Final Adoption - 99 -967 - An ordinance amending Chapter 324 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code to prohibit tobacco vending machines in facilities where minors are present and to establish an administrative penalty to be imposed against the clerk at a licensed premise who sells tobacco or tobacco products to a minor. Second Reading - 00 -237 - An ordinance amending Section 310.19 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; modifying the investigation services required from a security agency to be selected and contracted with the City of Saint Paul to provide alcohol awareness training to liquor - licensed establishments in order to receive a 7% discount on the liquor license fee.
