9. Resolution - 00 -942 - Approving the 2000 - 2002 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City
of Saint Paul and AFSCME Local 3757 - Legal.

10. Resolution - 00 -957 - Approving the appointment of Julia Cruz, by Mayor Coleman, to the Police
Civilian Internal Affairs Review Commission.
11. Resolution - 00 -958 - Recognizing the Office of Cable Communications for receiving national
awards.
12. Resolution - 00 -959 - Supporting the National Clean Cities Program and endorsing the City of Saint
Paul's participation in the Twin Cities Clean Cities Coalition (TC4).
13. Resolution - 00 -960 - Authorizing the Department of Public Works to lobby the U.S. Department of
Transportation for funds to construct a gondola across the Mississippi River.
14. Resolution - 00 -961 - Transferring remaining dollars in the Office of the City Attorney's 2000
budget for publication of the Legislative and Administrative Codes to the Citizen Service Office to
correct errors, publish, and distribute the Codes.
15. Resolution - 00 -962 - Amending the financing and spending plans of the General Fund in the
Department of Fire and Safety Services by adding $71,336.00 received from the insurance company of
William McGrann who was involved in an motor vehicle accident with Engine 45.
16. Resolution - 00 -963 - Requesting the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Saint Paul to
proceed with financing of the Central Library renovation as a redevelopment project, expand the
Downtown and Seventh Place Redevelopment project area, and authorize the Office of Financial
Services to proceed with financing for renovation of the Central Library and schedule appropriate
hearings.

28. Second Reading - 00 -956 - An ordinance amending Chapter 66.216 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code pertaining to special sign district sign plans creating a new special sign district ordinance for the
Dayton's Bluff neighborhood to be known as the Dayton's Bluff Special District Sign Plan.
29. First Reading - 00 -971 - An ordinance amending Saint Paul Legislative Code Chapter 409.06
prohibiting off -sale liquor licenses within 300 feet of residentially zoned property, parks or child care
centers and setting forth conditions under which the distance restriction can be waived.
30. First Reading - 00 -972 - An ordinance amending Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
pertaining to zoning for the City of Saint Paul and the zoning maps thereof facilitating the development
of a mixed -use urban village on the West Side Flats.
