20. First Reading - 98 -59 - Amending Section 4.04 of the Charterof the City of Saint Paul that the City
Council will not hold ameeting on the fifth Wednesday of any calendar month.
21. First Reading - 98 -60 - Amending Section 4.04 of the Charterof the City of Saint Paul and referring
the ordinance to the SaintPaul Charter Commission for its recommendation.
22. First Reading - 98 -61 - Amending Section 15.03 of the SaintPaul Administrative Code to delete the
requirement for a City Councilmeeting on the fifth Wednesday of any calendar month.
