12. Resolution - 95 -397 - Amending the 1995 budget by adding $655,507 to the Financing and Spending
Plans for Lead -Based Paint Abatement and Hazard Control Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development.
13. Resolution - 95 -398 - Requesting approval of proposed Economic Recovery Fund guidelines for
PED administration of the Program.

33. Third Reading - 95 -350 - An ordinance preserving the status quo with respect to the establishment of
drop -in centers within the City of Saint Paul pending the completion of studies of possible amendments
to the City's Comprehensive Plan and regulatory ordinances concerning drop -in centers, which
ordinance is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.355, Subdivision 4.
34. Third Reading - 95 -352 - An ordinance amending Sections 60.201 and 64.300 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code pertaining to Zoning.
