fund the buildout, cabling, furnishing and costs of moving Human Resources into the 4th and 5th floors

19. Resolution - 95 -1314 - Requesting release of funds from Council Specified Contingency to adapt
Saint Paul fire station restrooms to accommodate female firefighters.
