10. Resolution - 95 -1251 - Approving the revised minimum qualifications for the Chief Fire Investigator

11. Resolution - 95 -1252 - Supporting the Twin Cities' Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors in their
efforts to persuade the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives to protect the "Home
Mortgage Interest Deduction ".
12. Resolution - 95 -1253 - Authorizing the donation of a 1995 Ford Ranger from Saxon Ford for the
DARE Program.
13. Resolution - 95 -1254 - Approving relocation of the Area Development Rates (ADR) Zone from
Westgate to Crosby Lake Business Park.
14. Resolution - 95 -1255 - Authorizing the Department of Fire and Safety Services to enter into an
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the purpose of receiving hazardous
materials emergency response equipment.
15. Resolution - 95 -1256 - Authorizing payment of $6,064.78 to Michael H. Johnson and Travelers
Insurance Group in full settlement of their claim against the City of St. Paul.
16. Resolution - 95 -1257 - Accepting the offer of the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (PFA) to
purchase a $600,000 General Obligation Sewer Revenue Note of 1995.
17. Resolution - 95 -1258 - Requesting an extension of time to complete the work on a building being
repaired at 654 Holly Avenue.
18. Resolution - 95 -1259 - Agreeing to indemnity and hold harmless Gus Macker Enterprises Inc. in

26. Resolution - 95 -1266 - Authorizing the Department of Fire and Safety Services to enter into a fire

29. Final Adoption - 95 -1141 - Finalizing City Council action taken on September 13, 1995, approving
the petition of Greg Ekbom to rezone property located at 479 West 7th Street from RT -2 to B -2 to allow
expansion of an existing restaurant.
30. Second Reading - 95 -1213 - An ordinance designating the alley bounded by Cleveland Avenue to
the east, Ford Parkway to the south, Finn Street to the west and Pinehurst Avenue to the north as a one -
way alley (westbound).
31. First Reading - 95 -1267 - An ordinance amending Section 92.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
pertaining to plumbing permit fees of the Saint Paul Water Utility as approved by the Board of Water
Commissioners.

39. Third Reading - 95 -1190 - An ordinance amending the Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 45.08 to
provide for the assessment and collection of reasonable attorney's fees and other such fees as may be
incurred in the "substantial abatement" of public nuisances.
40. Resolution - 95 -1274 - Approving application for an Auto Repair Garage License by
A -2 -Z All Auto Repair, Inc. (Mohammed Hayat), 814 University Avenue West.
41. Resolution - 95 -1275 - Approving the vacation of the remaining 6 foot strip of public walkway
located between Lot 1, Block Slayton's Addition, and Lot 1, Block 1 Ridgewood Park addition and
between Lot 13, Block 1 Slayton's Addition and Lot 26, Block 1 Ridgewood Park Addition bounded on

appeal of University United from the decision of the Planning Commission which had granted variances
