The City of Saint Paui sets rules and regularions far its governance; and the Mayor and his staff must have the
flexibility to make changes to the rules and regulations based on current economic and bargaining unit
relarionships, therefore, Section 33.02 of the Administrative Code of the City of Saint Paul is changed as such:
Sec. 33.02. Rules and regulations.
ia1 The mayor shall adopt rules and regulations governing the procedures for automobile reimbursement,
which regulations and rules shall contain the requirement that recipients shal� file daily reports indicating miles
driven and shall file monthly affidavits stating the number of days worked and the number of miles driven; and
further the Mayor may adopt additional rules, regulations or requirements deemed necessary for administering
the automobile policy. All rules, regulations or requirements shall be maintained on file with the city clerk.
