governing body of the municipality within 180 days after the alleged loss or injury is discovered a notice stating the time, place, and
circumstances thereof, and the amount of compensation or other relief demanded.”

A large pothole on St. Anthony Ave. (in front of Allianz field) damaged my tire on my front drivers side wheel, which needed to be
replaced. The City of St. Paul did not have any signs, cones, etc. near or on the road to warn drivers of the large pothole located on this
Anthony Avenue (in front of Allianz Field) is not well-lit by street lights at night. I feel that I would not have hit the pothole and damaged my tire
street. The pothole(s) are nearly impossible to locate at night without any warning (from signs, cones, etc.) because this area of St.
if the city would have posted signs or cones to warn drivers of the potholes, or at least had sufficient outdoor lighting to ensure drivers can see
My tire was damaged at about 8:15pm-8:20pm on 3/7/23 and was replaced on 3/8/23. the road.
