The Parks and, Recreation Commission is scheduled to meet at the Parks and Recreation offices in the City Hall Annex
from 7 2:00 noon-1:30 p.m. on June 70, 2002. The noon hour is the most convenieni time for Commissioners to get
away from work to attend, but the time of the meeting prevents them and participating staff from gett'ing lunch in their
usual fashion.
�� I ADVANTAGES IFAPPROVED:
Parks and Recreation Commissioners will be able to attend the noon hour meeting of the Long Range Planning
Subcommittee at the time of day most convenient for them to get out of work.
DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
None.

Parks and Recreation Commissioners might choose not to attend this meeting of the Long Range Planning
