II. I. Review The Goals of the Process Initiated By the City Council on April 21,2004.
III. Review the Documentation of the Process and the Recommendations of the Ad Hoc Committee on
Citizen Participation Concerning:
A. Criteria for Accountability and Inclusiveness and How These Criteria Will Be
Measured
(Caveat: Each District Is Unique and Each Needs to Be Judged Individually Based on
Their Unique Circumstances and History).
B Funding Formula Recommendations and Option for Annual Increases and Periodic Review
(Future Increases Should Be Applied Equally Across the Board to Each District. The
Distribution Formula Will Be Revised Based on the Decennial Census,and the Mid-Decade
Census Estimates Promulgated by the US Census Bureau.)
C. Proposal For Staff Support for Citizen Participation(If Any)
D. Recommendations to Adjust Annual Meetings to One,Two or Three Months a Year.
