Subject: City Council's Budget Review Schedule As Of August 20th
Attached is the latest Schedule for the City Council's 2005 Budget Review Process. The agenda is pretty
much set for the next three meetings on August 25th, September 1st, and September 8th. Please refer to
the schedule for the specific topics for discussion. An agenda is also attached for your information in MS
Word and Wordperfect.
10 Departmental issues have been identified and are listed under the September 22nd meeting date.
These issues will be scheduled for specific dates later. Only a few of the issues will actually be scheduled
for September 22nd.
We really appreciate your cooperation in accommodating our many requests for information. The
agenda has been quite fluid up to this point, but it should become more static in the coming
weeks.
We respectfully request IS Help and Citizen Services to post the appropriate meeting notices.
Thanks for your cooperation!
