5. Do Traffic Enforcement Officers generate sufficient revenue to cover their total cost? If
so, could additional officers be hired to work exclusively in the neighborhoods to enforce

Lot coverage of 35% is allowed and coverage of
36.25% is proposed, for a variance of 1.25% (49
sq. ft).

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - A lot width variance in order to split a parcel and
create a new buildable lot for a single family
