This is a follow up to our recent memo dated February 18, 2004. In that memo we said that we
would schedule an informal discussion with all interested District Council staff, members, and
citizens on the upcoming City Council Policy Session on Citizen Participation.
The meeting is scheduled for March 9, 2004, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest
Recreation Center (City View Room), 1978 Ford Parkway.

Community Meetings
The Chief of Police Selection Committee invites the residents, business owners and civic groups of
Saint Paul to attend a community meeting and offer their thoughts regarding the personal
characteristics, traits and leadership style of the next Chief of Police.

top five finalists.
