Site plan review for a new CVS Pharmacy. The plan calls for a 13,000 square foot, one-story
retail building on the corner of University and Snelling with a parking lot along Sherburne to the
north of the building.
The hearing will be on February 5, 2004. Tom Beach will present an updated report pertaining
to the case.
