The RCA will be having a special meeting on September 21, 2005 at 8:30 am in the RiverCentre
Authority Board Room,fifth floor of the RiverCentre. This special meeting on September 21,2005
will serve to replace the regularly scheduled RCA meeting of September 28th, 2005. As the
September 21,2005 special meeting will be held in lieu of September 28, the September 28th
meeting is hereby canceled.
The purpose of the special meeting is to conduct the final business of the Saint Paul RiverCentre
Authority prior to consolidating the operations and management of the Saint Paul RiverCentre
Complex with the Saint Paul Convention and Visitors Bureau.
