Zoning - RT-1; HPL-DB
Purpose: MINOR VARIANCE - Two variances in order to build a new
2-car garage addition to the rear of the house. 1.)A side yard
setback of 4 feet is required and a zero setback on the south side is
proposed, for a variance of 4 feet. 2.)A maximum lot coverage of
30% is allowed with 56% proposed, for a variance of 26% (674 sq. ft.)
B. Applicant - City of Saint Paul: Division of Parks
& Recreation: c/o Ken Wehrle (#03-324177)
Location - 179 Robie Street East
Zoning - RM-1; RC-4
Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Two variances in order to build a
community center. 1.)A front yard setback of 25 feet is required and
a setback of 7 feet is proposed, for a variance of 18 feet. 2.)The
required number of parking spaces for the new center is 375 with 223
spaces proposed, for a variance of 152 parking spaces.

Purpose: MINOR VARIANCE - Four variances in order to install an above
ground pool and build a new deck around

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - A side yard setback variance in order to
build a new warehouse/office building in an industrial district which
abuts a residential district. The required setback is 33 feet with 10
feet proposed, for a variance of 23 feet.

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Two variances in order to split a lot, build
a new single family house and legalize the existing duplex. 1.) A
minimum lot width of 50 feet is required and a width of 40 feet is
proposed, for a variance of 10 feet. 2.) A minimum lot size of 6,000
square feet is required with 5, 400 sq. ft. proposed, for a variance of
600 square feet.

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - A front yard setback in order to demolish

Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Three variances in order to split this
parcel and build a new single family house. The existing house: 1.)
A minimum lot size of 5,000 sq. ft, is required and 4,400 sq. ft. is
proposed, for a variance of 600 sq. ft. 2.)A side yard setback of 4
feet is required and a setback of 2.8 feet is proposed for a variance of
1.2 feet. The new house: 3.)A minimum lot size of 5,000 sq. ft. is
required and 4,000 sq. ft. is proposed, for a variance of 600 sq. ft.
