for a variance of 1,027 square feet. 2.) A
front yard setback of 25 feet is required
and a setback of 18 feet is proposed, for a
variance of 7 feet.

Location - 1772 Eleanor Avenue
Zoning - R-4
Purpose: MINOR VARIANCE - A request to modify a previous setback
and lot coverage variance in order to
extend the length of the proposed
attached garage an additional two feet.
The previous variance allowed a rear
setback of 13 feet and the proposed
addition would require a setback of 11
feet. The additional lot coverage is less
than 1/2 of 1% and will not change the lot
coverage variance.
