PHA AGENCY PLANS — Fiscal Years 2003 and 2004
DRAFTS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW
The Saint Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) has drafted an Agency Plan for its Fiscal
Year 2004 (beginning 4/1/2003). The public hearing on the draft Plan will be held on:
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2002, at 4:30 p.m.

A summary of the Plan's contents and a full copy of the draft plan with attachments are
available for review by the public at the PHA's Central Administrative Office, 480 Cedar
Street, Suite 600, Saint Paul. The Agency Plan includes both a five-year plan and an
annual plan.
The PHA also wants to change its approved Agency Plan for the current year to allow for
submission of a HOPE VI Revitalization Grant to HUD to assist with the modernization of
McDonough Homes. A public hearing on the plan amendment will be held at the same
time and place as above.
This hearing also serves as the Public Hearing for the PHA's updated PHA Five-Year and
Annual Plans for the Public Housing Capital Fund Program.
The Agency Plan is required by the Public Housing Reform Act of 1998. It summarizes a
variety of policies and plans covering many aspects of operating public housing and
Section 8 rent assistance, including the capital improvements plan, admission and
