Purpose: MAJOR VARIANCE - Three variances in order to build a 16-unit
apartment building. 1.) The required
number of parking spaces is 24 with 16
proposed, for a variance of 8 parking
spaces. 2.) A rear yard setback of 25
feet is required and a setback of 19.7 is
proposed, for a variance of 5.3 feet. 3.) A
side yard setback of 17 feet from the east
property line to the parking lot is required
and a setback of 8 feet is proposed, for a
