and a width of 40 feet is proposed, for a
variance of 10 feet. Note! These
variances were granted in 1999 and this is
a request to extend the deadline for
starting the project.

sq. ft ) and a ratio of approximately 13.2
(294,000 sq. ft.) is proposed, for a
variance of 116,040 square feet.

Purpose: MINOR VARIANCE - A variance of the maximum building size
for accessory structures in order to
construct a new detached garage in the
rear yard. The maximum size allowed for

proposed size of this garage is 1,249 sq.
