The St. Paul Charter Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m.on December
17,2001,in order to accept testimony on the three proposed redistricting plans.The three plans
that are under consideration can be viewed on the City of St. Paul Website at
www.ci.stpaul.mn.us/redistricting. The Commission encourages anyone interested in presenting
their views on the various plans to come to this public hearing. The Commission is also planning
additional public hearings on this topic on:
• January 14,2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office

• February 11,2002 at 7:00 p.m.,room 40a in City Hall
• March 18,2002 at 7:00 p.m.,room 40a in City Hall

Master Plan and Development Guidelines, which noted that the public hearing would be on
Wednesday, December 5, 2001.
The public hearing date has been changed to Wednesday, December 19, 2001. The
time and location remain the same: 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Third
Floor City Hall, 15 W. Kellogg Boulevard.
