WI3EREAS, Como Zoo and Conservatory has sponsored fund raising events to raise dollazs for operating events,
and;
WHEREAS, Como Zoo and Conservatory uses the following caterers to provide food for the events
Simple to Grand Victorian Times Tea House D'Amico

Edina, MN 55424-1204 Woodbury, MN 55129 St. Paul, MN 55121
and;
WHEREAS, the special events aze planned for 2002 are expected to generate net revenues of approxunately
$46,000., and;
NOW, THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Como Zoo and Conservatory is authorized to pay catering
companies who provide food for special events in the amount not to exceed $34,500.

year. Food is provided by individual catering companies. Gross revenue from the events will total approximately
580,000. Anticipated net revenue after expenses will be approximately 546,000
