ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
PURSUANT, to the authority granted by the City Council seated as the Board of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority in Resolution No. 77-5/25-2, the proper City and
HRA Officials are directed to authorize the initiation of a rezoning petition for cer-
tain property in the Payne/Phalen District 5 Area, more fully described as: "(Except
the East 163 feet) , Lot 1 ; Subject to road, Lot 2; all of Lot 3; and (Except the East
120 feet) , Lot 4, Block 3, Edmund Rice's Fourth Addition. South 4 feet of the North
134 feet of the East 120 feet of Lot 1 , Blocl 3, Edmund Rice's Fourth Addition.
(Property Identification No. 01-62400-03203)" The rezoning petition for this property
requests a change from RM-2 to I-1 and is being initiated by the HRA to secure the
best use for the development of this property (industrial).
The rezoning to I-1 would insure a compatible development to an area already con-
taining light industrial facilities rather than multi-family housing use.
Funds for this activity ($50) filing fee) will be expended from HRA 57, Disposition,
Contract Services, Misc. , CD Yr. VI.
