Sheets 1 ? 2, with 2"x10" planks substituted in lieu of 2"x12" planks specified.
Lump Sum $11,964.00
Construct concrete curb planter on the North side of Reaney adjacent to the 3M
Building.
Unit Price of $4.50/Lin. Ft. - Approximately 265 Lin. Ft. = $ 1,192.50
Total Addition $13,156.50
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $
13,156.50, said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the contract, known as contract L- 8480 _, and which amount is to be financed from:

of planters on Reaney Street between East Seventh Street Er Mendota (in front
of 3M's Building) .
Original Contract Amount $206,720.00
Extras Per Contract Change Agreement No. 1 $ 13,156.50
Funded by U.D.A.G. (Urban Development Action Grant)
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
The addition of these planters improves the aesthetics of the project and
thus better accomplishes the purpose of the project which is to lend a
character and identity to the area. •
