TO THE COraiON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL
We, the undersigned, being a majority of the property owners
on the line of Branston street , south of the north lire of Lot 18,
Block 12 , St. Anthony Park , and of the north line of Lot 14, Block B 2 ,

Honorable Body for the vacation of that port,. on of Branston street lying
south of the north line of Lot 18 , Block 12 , St. Anthony Park, produced

The reasons for such vacation are that the said Branston street

petitioners are the owners of the 1roperty on both sides of said street
south of the north line of said Lot 18. That no person can be injured
or damaged by the vacation of said part of said street, and that said
vacation is asked for with a view of having the grounds of said Seminary
extended.
That hereto attached and made a part hereof is a plat of said
