Board of Aldermen, I transmit herewith proper form of resolution va-
cating Cook street from the center line of Duluth avenue to the water-
works right of way, upon petition of the Ware-Hospes Company; the com-
pensation being fixed at 5 .00 and the expenses of the proceeding, also
the dedication of an extension of Cook street.
