Gentlemen:-
Pursuant to instruction of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen, I transmit herewith proper form of resolution vacat-
ing the north and south alleys in Block 5 of Hamline Syndicate Addition
No . 3, on petition of De Witt C . Dyer; the compensation being fixed at
the expense of the proceedings and the petitioner dedicating sufficient
land to extend the east and west alley through the block to a width of
twenty feet .
