To the Coi1,mon Council .
Gentlemen:-
Pursuant to direction of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen , I transmit herewith proper form of resolution vacating
Spring street from the southwesterly terminus thereof to a line drawn
from the southeasterly corner of Lot 7 in Block 3 , to the northeasterly
corner of Lot 9 in Block 6 , in Re-arrangement of Oppenheim' s Addition,
upon petition of Wilhelmina. Keller and others .
The Committee did not fix any compensation for the vacation;
consequently I have put in the resolution ?10 in addition to the expenses
of the proceeding , which as I understand is the maximum compensation
under the policy of the Common Council .
Very respectfully,
I if
