Pursuant to inatruction of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen, I transmit herewith a resolution for the vacation
of the north and south alloy in Block 4, Summit Avenue Addition, upon
petition of Rufus C . Jefferson and others; the compensation being
fixed at the expenses of this proceeding, and the dedication to said
City for public use, of an east and west alley in said block .
