Pursuant to instructions of the Committee on Streets of the
Board of Aldermen, I transmit herewith a proper form of resolution
vacating the alley known as Anchorage Place in Block 1 of Larpenteur' s
Subdivision "A" , on petition of Thos . J. McDermott and others; the
compensation being fixed at the minimum of Ten Dollars, in addition to
