5 State of Minnesota; that the aforesaid Chicago,great Western
6 Railway Company is a corporation duly organized and existing
7 under and b r virtue of the laws of the State of. Illinois; that the

to the line of that certain part of that street in the City of
11 St.Paul, known as Custer Street, between the nottherly line of 4

same are hereby vacated and discontinued as public streets and alleys ,.

Such vacation is based upon the condition that said petition-
ers shall , before this resolution takes effect , pay into the Treasury of
said City , the stun of Five Hundred Dollars (.1500 .00) in addition to the
expenses of this proceeding, which is hereby fixed as the compensation
