Now, therefore, it is hereby resolved

vacated and discontinued as he public

Such vacation is upon the condition
and accompanying plat to be filed of recor that said petitioners .shall. before this City
resolution takes effect, pay into the treas-
ury of said city. the sum of $5.00 in ad-
dition to'the expense of this proceeding,

tion to be paid to said city in considera-
tion of said vacation.
