treasury of the C"ty of St, Paul the sum
of one dollar, which is hereby fixed as
the compensation to be paid by them to
the City in consideration of said Vaca-

County,Minnesota,under the Statutes relating; to vacating of streets .
We would state that no part of the above street which you are here-
by as1 ed to vacate is now being used by the public, nor has any part of
it been of public use for the past twenty years .
The parties owning property on each. side of the street which you
are hereby asked to vacate are: The Northwestern Elevator Co. ,a corpora-
tion; Minnesota Transfer Land Co . ,a corporation; The Minnesota Transfer
Railway Company, a corporation, ,.
The approximate distance for which we ask the vacation of Cleveland
