be heard and considered by the Saint Paul City Council at a meeting to be held in the Council

I recommend a public hearing before the City Council be held on November 19,2003 to consider
a petition to vacate part of Blocks 1 and 4, Butterfield Syndicate No. 2, part of adjoining alley and
part of vacated Stinson Street.
It has recently been discovered that part of the parking lot for Joe's Bait Shop is City property.
The City will declare it to be surplus to its needs and dispose of it as provided in Chapter 51 of the
Administrative Code.
This property is located in City Council District 5, Planning District 6.
The subject petition is in proper form and has been signed by the requisite number of property
owners.
• Notice of this hearing must be published in the Legal Ledger by October 16,2003.
