That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes the proper City Officials to convey 11 the vacated property by Quit Claim Deed, to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the 12 City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA); and that any expenses incurred, including the $500 13 administrative fee for this vacation, shall be paid for by the HRA, its successors or assigns, or 14 from any proceeds resulting from the resale of said property described. 15 16 2. That an easement shall be retained by the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works for the 17 purpose of maintaining their existing utility easement rights. 18 19 3. That the petitioner's their successors, and assigns, shall within 60 days of the effective date of 20 this resolution, file with the City Clerk an acceptance in writing of the conditions of this 21 resolution and shall within the period(s) specified in the terms and conditions of this resolution, 22 comply in all respects with these terms and conditions.
