26 brought as a result of injuries or damages received or sustained by any person, persons or

Saint Paul to vacate the public land described below:
The east west alley and north-south alley of Brown's
Subdivision,Lots 1 and 4, Block 3 College Place East
Division.
The vacation of this land is needed for the contemplated expansion of green space and the
possible construction of a new soccer and softball field.
The individual responsible for this petition is Dr. Orwin L. Carter, Assistant Treasurer. His direct
phone number is 612/523-2329. Dr. Carter will also be responsible for arranging for any
payments or discussing any related terms and conditions.
All of the land related to this request for vacation is owned by the Trustees of the Hamline
University of Minnesota and is incorporated into the University's boundaries as certified in the
enclosed Ownership and Encumbrance Report.
