We, the undersigned, constituting a majority of the owners (or their legally designated
representatives) of the abutting properties, do hereby petition the Council of the City of St. Paul
to vacate its interests in the properties legally described as follows:
The remaining unvacated alley and turnaround area located between Lots 1
