A duplex occupies it. Off-street parking is accommodated for the upstairs unit. The downstairs unit has limited off-street parking. Storage for lawn mowers, etc. is provided by a storage building adjacent to the duplex. This building is a concrete structure and is in need of removal because of tree root and hydrostatic pressure pushing the walls down. Rebuilding has not been advised because of the continued risk of such pressures. This will create a hardship for us. An alternate plan for constructing a three car garage south of the duplex to accommodate parking and storage was devised. The grade will not be altered. The building will be set back sixteen feet from the existing curb as recommended by the City.
