lu alleys in Block 39, the West St. Paul Real Estate and Improvement Syndicate
Addn. No. 2; and also a copy of Ordinance No. 3394, as amended, pertaining
to vacations.
El You will note that the ordinance requires that the compensation
specified in the resolution must be paid, and a surety bond in the amount
specified must be filed within thirty (30) days after publication of the
,: resolution.
We also enclose 'an acceptance of the terms of the resolution
which must also be signed and filed here within said time.
