F. Eisenmenger' s Second Addition, to the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 5, J. F. Eisenmenger' s Second Addition, and a line running from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 13, Block 4, J. F. Eisenmenger' s Second Addition, to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 2, Block 5, J. F. Eisenmenger' s Second Addition; subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations : 1. That the petitioner be responsible for all costs and expenses for the construction of a new manhole and two new catch basins immediately west of the vacated area to provide for adequate drainage. 3. That the sewer manhole and catch basins located within the vacated area become the responsibility of the petitioner to properly abandon or properly utilize privately, as approved by the Sewer Division of the Depart- ment of Public Works. 4. That the petitioner be responsible for all costs and expenses for the relocation of the water hydrant and installation of new valve, to the satisfaction of the General Manager of the Water Utility. 5 . That the petitioner, the United States Postal Service, be required to pay to the City the sum of $400 as compensation for the cost of processing said vacation. 6. That in lieu of a bond, the Unites States Postal Service, furnish the City with a written covenant, conditioned to hold the City harmless from any and all damages, claims for damages, costs, charges and expenses of every kind and nature arising or growing out of the vacation and conveyance of said deed.
