The compensation was to have been paid and the acceptance of the terms of the resolution was to have been signed and filed by that date. Until the compensation is paid and the acceptance filed, the City retains its interest in the property petitioned to be vacated. We need immediate payment and acceptance, or the vacation will be null and void. If you no longer wish to have the street vacated, kindly let me know and the City will begin action to rescind the resolution granting the vacation.
