The abutting properties are zcned "B" Residential and Light Industrial. The proposed zoning code has this property designated for RI -2 (multi- residence) . The Department of Public Works reports it has no objection to the proposed vacation provided the development 'Dien does not include access to York Avenue from Lot 17, Block 4, Edmund. Rice's Fourth Addition, because of its proximity to the Highway 35E frontage road. The staff of the City Planning Board has no objection to the alley vacation as proposed provided the owner of Lot 18, said Block 4, agrees. There were no objections from any other public or private agencies involved. The abutting properties are zoned "B" Residential and Light Industrial. The proposed zoning code has this property designated for RM-2 (multi- residence) . The Department of Public Works reports it has no objection to the proposed vacation provided the development plan does not include access to York Avenue from Lot 17, Block 4, Edmund Rice's Fourth Addition, because of its proximity to the Highway 35E frontage road. The staff of the City Planning Board has no objection to the alley vacation as proposed provided the owner of Lot 18, said Block 4, agrees. There were no objections from any other public or private agencies involved. In view of the foregoing, and subject to owner of Lot 18, said Block 4, not objecting to the vacation, I recommend the vacation be approved subject to the following terms and conditions: 1.
