WHEREAS, upon the petition of St. Paul Structural Steel
Company for the petition .to vacate certain public property
located in the City of St. Paul, the Council of the City of
St. Paul by Council Resolution C.F. 278814 adopted June 15,
1982, did vacate said property subject to the terms and
conditions of said vacat3An as specifically provided in
said resolution; and
WHEREAS, St. Paul Structural Steel Company for business
purposes has indicated its desire to void said resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council Resolution
C.F. 278814 adopted June 15, 1982, is hereby rescinded and
voided and that the property petitioned to be vacated con-
tinues to be public property as it existed prior to said
resolution.
