discontinued as public property.
The vacated property is described as follows :

The east 3 feet of Lot 28, Lots 29 and 30, Block
4, Aurora Addition, to St. Paul, Minn.
This vacation shall be subject to the following conditions :
1. That the vacation shall be subject to all the
terms and conditions of Chapter 130, codified
March 1, 1981 of the Legislative Code as amended.
2. That the council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby authorizes the proper City officials to
convey the vacated property by Quit Claim Deed
to the Housing Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul (HRA) . The HRA shall sell
this property under a contract for deed
restricting the use of this property to owner-
occupancy for a five-year period with
financial penalties to be levied against
purchaser if purchaser violates the owner-
occupancy provision, either through actual use
or sale of this property within that five-year
period .

2 . That the council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby authorizes the proper City officials to
convey the vacated property by Quit Claim Deed
to the Housing Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Saint Paul (HRA) . The HRA shall sell
this property under a contract for deed
restricting the use of this property to owner-
occupancy for a five-year period with
financial penalties to be levied against
purchaser if purchaser violates the owner-
occupancy provision, either through actual use
or sale of this property within that five-year
period .

The City of Saint Paul hereby petitions to vacate two parcels of
property located at 1889 and 1895 Bush Avenue. These two single-
family dwellings were acquired as part of the Stillwater/Nokomis
Storm Sewer Project and are surplus to the City' s needs. I ,
therefore , recommend that these properties be vacated and sold in
accordance with Chapter 51 of the Administrative Code .
