Bradley Street is an unimproved, 66 foot wide by 585 foot long , street R/W. The developer plans to vacate the east 20 feet of Bradley Street and also the north 250 feet (approx.), subject to the dedication of a cul-de-sac at the north end of the remaining street R/W. See the attached map. The developer plans to improve Bradley Street, at its own cost and expense, all to the satisfaction and approval of the Department of Public Works. The developer plans to construct an interior private roadway to be officially named and approved by Resolution by the City of St. Paul, subject to certain conditions. See the attached proposed Resolution. This roadway will be used to address the proposed rental units to be constructed. See the attached map. The developer plans to construct, at his own cost and expense, a private sidewalk along the east side of Bradley Street on said developers property. The developer must submit a storm water drainage plan for approval by the sewer engineer prior to the development of this property. The developer, at his own expense, must replat the property to be developed to include the dedication of the proposal turn-around area all to the satisfaction and approval of the Department of Public Works. Therefore,the Department of Public Works recommends that the proposed vacation be approved subject to the completion of the above plans, conditions, requirements and/or responsibilities.
