This alley is a graveled surface that nobody has used for many years. It was part of a t-shaped alley that no longer exists and now is a dead end. It has been maintained by the owners of 1563 portland Avenue since they have lived there in 1987. The purpose for this petition is to aquire land for the owners of 1563 Portland Avenue to have the space to build a driveway and a garage. There is not enough land to do so with thier current property line. .
