I have been contacted by Chris Rousemiller, who is adding his name to the petition of
Gretchen Williams and the Hmong Community United Methodist Church to vacate a
portion of Waseca Street just north of George Street. Along with his name, he is also
adding the vacation of the balance of Waseca Street north to Robie. As stated in his
petition/letter, this is being done with the approval of the original petitioners.
I have attached photocopies of the ownership documentation and of his petition, which
will be combined with theirs for a single vacation project. These copies are for your file
on this vacation project.

I, Chris Rousemiller, do hereby petition the Council of the City of Saint Paul, to
vacate the public lane described as follows:
The unimproved, platted street of Waseca, between West George and West
Robie, surrounded by the following properties:
1.) Nelson-Stevens and King's addition to West Saint Paul, west 1/2 of lot 7, block 2.
2.) Lot 8, block 2 Nelson-Stevens and King's addition to West Saint Paul.
3.) Haas subdivision, south 35 feet of lots 1 and 2 and except west 15 feet lot 7 and all
of lot 8 Doorhardt rearrangement and in said Haas sub lots 1 through 6.
All properties are in the county of Ramsey. The addresses of the respective
properties are as follows:
1.) 208 Robie Street West, owned by Chris Rousemiller, 227-9007.
2.) 205 George Street West, owned by Gretchen Williams, 224-9604.
3.) 211 George Street West, owned by the Hmong Community United Methodist
Church. Lee Fong Yang, 450-2077.
I am adding my name, with the approval of both parties, to an earlier petition
submitted by Ms. Gretchen Williams and Mr. Lee Fong Yang who have submitted a
$100.00 filing fee. Our goal is to use these vacated properties for private drives.
Enclosed is the certified ownership statement for our properties. Please contact any
one of us at the above phone numbers.
