PETITIONERS, David Ojeda and David Sutterfield, do hereby petition the Counsel of the City of Saint Paul to vacate the public land described below: That part of Hadley Street that abuts the following lots: Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 17, Burlington Heights, Division No. 2., County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. It is the intent of this petition to request the vacation of Hadley Street beginning at the intersection of Howard Street and Hadley Street to the paved portion of Hadley street. 2. Exhibit A is a copy of the plat mat showing the approximate requested area to be vacated. The dark shaded area is an existing easement Exhibit B is a copy of a larger area plat mat showing the area of Hadley Street to be vacated 3. The property on the south side of the proposed vacated property was recently purchased owed by the City of Saint Paul, and it is the understanding of your petitioners that the city plans a city park for the area. 4. Your petitioners intend to clean up, plant trees, and generally landscape the portion of the vacated area that abuts their property.
