That the petitioner's, their successors and assigns shall pay$500.00 as an administrative fee for 15 this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution. 16 17 2. That a permanent utility easement shall be retained within the vacated area to protect the interest 18 of AT&T Broadband . 19 20 3. That a permanent utility easement shall be retained within the vacated area to protect the interest 21 of Qwest and any of its existing facilities in the vacated area.. 22 23 4. That the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes the proper City Officials to convey by 24 by Quit Claim Deed any portions of the vacated property that was not originally platted as right 25 of way, to the to the Petitioner; and that any expenses incurred as a result of this conveyance shall 26 be incurred by said petitioner. 27 28 5.
