I have requested a date of February 23, 2000 for a Public Hearing to approve the
attached Council Resolution. The purpose of the resolution is to vacate property
described as follows:
All that part of said Livingston Avenue lying south of a line parallel with, and
131.5 feet north of, the north line of George Street, and lying north of the westerly
extension of the center line of east and west alley as platted in Vollmer's
Rearrangement, lying between the west line of Robert Street and the east line of
Livingston Avenue.
All that part of the east and west alley as platted in Vollmer's Rearrangement,
lying between the west line of Robert Street and the east line of Livingston
Avenue; also,
All that part of said Livingston Avenue lying between the south line of Congress
Street and a line parallel with and 175 feet north of the north line of vacated
Winifred Street.

I have enclosed photocopies of the Green Sheet, the Council Resolution, and a map
of the area to be vacated. Please let me know if there is anything else you might need for
this. These properties are located in City District 2, Planning District 3.
